Iraq elite unit, trained by Americans, 'surprised us all'

One of Iraq's most senior leaders has slammed its army for letting Ramadi fall to ISIS. He tells CNN: "It's not clear for us why... one of the best units in the army, would withdraw from Ramadi in such a way."
